My Approach

I specialize in helping young adult women manage anxiety and depression, while empowering you through life stressors and transitions. My approach is collaborative, and goal directed. Together we will design a therapy plan that is unique for you and your needs.

While I believe coping skills to use in moments of distress can be helpful, I also believe that understanding your past experiences and how they impact you today is integral to understanding yourself—you are a person, not just your symptoms. You will find that I include both approaches in sessions, as together, they are even more impactful in your therapy journey.

I am a therapist who’s mission is to normalize therapy and mental health in today’s world and the millennial generation. I know first hand the benefits of therapy and I commend you for being brave enough to start the process of self-growth.

I am whole-heartedly myself throughout sessions, as I believe authenticity is key in fostering genuine moments of human connection. I value creating a safe and trusting environment that allows for self-love, discovery and empowerment, while also addressing your needs and goals of treatment. 

Going to therapy can be such a vulnerable process and it is such a privilege to sit with you and help facilitate and cheer you on in that journey.

YOU CHOOSE between virtual, in person or hybrid sessions.

  • There are benefits to both virtual and in person sessions.

  • I work with anxious young adults and couples in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

  • My physical office is located in Rye, NH and I will conduct all of my sessions from there. It is up to you if you want to attend in person or via tele-health.

  • A hybrid model gives you flexibility if you’re wanting to have a session during your lunch break or aren’t feeling up to driving to a session that day.
